Process Flow:
Load lens barrels in the way of a full tray and the machine automatically completes the following actions:Lens barrel imaging→Pick up lens barrel→ Component alignment→Bottom imaging→Rotate→Assemble components→Press lens unit→Receive finished product.(flow process subject to the lens unit assembly process)
