Process Flow:
Load lens barrels automatically and the machine completes the following action:
Component assembly→Press&height mesurement→Internal retainer fastening→Flip→Component assembly→Retainer fastening→Receiving(Flow process subject to the lens uinit assembly process)                                                               

Product Feature: 
1.Modular Design: The machines are interconnected through simple mechanical structures and electrical plug-ins which can be added to or removed from lines to adapt to changes in lens process design;

3.Machine Vision Positioning and Test: Identification of the lens center,lens barrels, the outer diameter dimensions of lenses, and the gate angles of plastic lens; Plastic lenses and lens barrels assembled at specified angles;circular dispensing, multi-segment dispensing, and dispensing at designated positions ensure good appearance of glue shapes at the P-lens gate position;automatic detection of defects such as glue breakage, overflow, and missing after curing;
4.UV pre-curing and final curing are both completed on the machine,free from additional aging process off the line;
5. High-Precision Torque Retainer Fastening: press fucntion and measurement of the deformation of O-rings while fastening;
6.Advanced Communication:Adopt industrial Ethernet and interface, with easy access to MES system;the whole production process can be traced and monitored and data fastly exported such as yeild,output,and alarm records to achieve accurate production management and quality control;the global open EtherCat high-speed bus network is adopted to realize high speed,precision and synchronized motion control and more accurate assembly;fast speed and stable communication ensures the stability of control; 
7.The production line can be directly connected to our MTF test machine;
8.Single-head and Dual-head Assembly Modes: Under single-head assembly mode,one part can be assembled on each station simualtaneously;under dual-head assembly mode,it is two parts. The former ensures high speed, while the later achieves lower costs;
